The struggle of finding a place to work from is very real for new entrepreneurs. Rent in New York City is sinful and sometimes, co-working spaces – which have popped up everywhere – are either also too expensive, or are not conducive to working. Of course there are a few exceptions, but for the most part, they’re crowded and noisy.

Hotel lobbies have been serving as office spaces for entrepreneurs for years, like the second floor of the Empire Hotel at Lincoln Center, or the Hilton at Avenue of the Americas. However, if you’re not a guest of these hotels, you may be asked to leave.

Cadillac House is a cool, new place to work from and it’s completely free. the space itself serves as a showroom or sorts, with parked models of the brand’s cars, but it is airy, spacious, and luxurious in it’s decor. There’s even a coffee bar. So the next time you need a place to work, head over to Cadillac House at 330 Hudson Street, get a cup of Joe, and get to work.
